TERMS OF SALE

 

  1. USE OF THE TAK WEBSTORE CONSTITUTES AUTOMATIC AGREEMENT TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
  2. ACCEPTANCE AND FULFILLMENT OF CUSTOMER ORDERS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE TAK SYSTEMS ACCEPTANCE OF CUSTOMER TERMS.  CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ANY TERMS OR CONDITIONS SUBMITTED WITH, ATTACHED TO OR MADE PART OF PURCHASE ORDERS ARE SUPERSEDED BY THE HEREIN TAK TERMS OF SALE.
  3. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.  ALL MERCHANDISE RETURNED MUST BE CURRENT STOCK ITEMS, SEALS INTACT, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, IN SALEABLE CONDITION, AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% HANDLING AND RESTOCKING CHARGE.
  4. BALANCE THAT EXCEEDS CREDIT LIMIT MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO SHIPMENT OF NEW ORDERS.
  5. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

RETURN POLICY

  1. 1.       All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    2.       Packages received without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    3.       Any merchandise returned for credit must be current stock items, with seals intact, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

    4.       All returns will be subject to a 20 % handling and restocking fee.

    5.       Returns will be accepted for merchandise credit only.

    6.       Merchandise credits are applied to future orders.

    7.       Freight costs are the responsibility of the returning party.
